Work with Me
-
I work with people building businesses, navigating leadership, or standing at a crossroads in their careers. My approach blends coaching and mentoring — asking the right questions while also offering practical insight, perspective, and advice when it’s useful. Together, we focus on clarity, confidence, decision-making, and sustainable growth — in work and in life.

With over a decade of experience across marketing, branding, media, community and positive psychology, I’ve helped to build multimillion-dollar businesses across Australia, the US, Canada, Singapore, and Europe. I partner with change-making brands and the people behind them, taking a holistic approach that balances commercial success and personal fulfilment.

I write about work, identity, power, wellbeing, and the scripts many women are taught to live by. My writing live on Substack in Good Juju, where I explore what it means to build and lead a good life. My first book, Good Girl, Goodbye, is due out March ‘26 (Wiley) which examines the cultural conditioning that shapes women’s lives and the small, everyday rebellions that help us create a more equitable world.

I’m the co-founder and host of lady-brains, an award-winning business podcast that goes beyond surface-level success stories. The show focuses on the real experiences behind building businesses — the risks, pivots, pressures, and personal growth that rarely make it into the highlight reel. Featuring founders, creatives, and leaders from around the world, lady-brains was recognised at the Australian Podcast Awards in 2022 and 2023. I also host podcasts for global brands and voice international ad campaigns.
